Dugo Company Retreat 2023

Last week, our incredible Dugo team embarked on an unforgettable journey at our annual company retreat, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share some highlights from this enriching experience.

🌄 From outdoor morning team-building exercises and icebreakers to late-night hot tub and sauna sessions, the retreat was a perfect blend of professional growth and personal connection. It must’ve been a sign from above as we were blessed with unseasonably beautiful weather as well! It's truly incredible how nature's beauty and team bonding can inspire creativity and innovation down the road.

🤝 We had the opportunity to network, brainstorm, and build strong connections with teammates from different departments, fostering a deeper understanding of our shared goals and values. Some of us even met in-person for the first time!

💡 The workshops our team leads (looking at you Jason, Kianoosh, and Tara) delivered brought fresh perspectives and knowledge to the table, igniting our enthusiasm and drive for the challenges ahead. We also got to get some activity in as Mohsen won our annual Dugo Olympics! Closing out with our keynote, Jon McGinley, got us revved and ready to go.

🙌 Most importantly, we celebrated our collective successes, acknowledged our shared goals, and recharged our batteries to continue serving our customers with excellence.

🏔️ As we return to our desks (some of ours farther away from each other than others) and usual routines, we carry with us the renewed spirit, newfound knowledge, and a shared sense of purpose that will undoubtedly drive Dugo Systems to even greater heights.
